Complete inventory on your IT related equipment: To make matters simple for both you and us, we will do a complete inventory on your IT related equipment. Once complete, we will add this to our comprehensive inventory database, give you a hard copy of the report, and setup an online portal allowing you to check the latest on your equipment 24/7. 24/7 access to our online portal once you become a customer: We will give you a username and password when you choose us for your IT company. This allows you to log on to the website and see the following: • Reports on your network, and individual PCs • Work outstanding, and work completed • Allows you to log any jobs online • Check your account online • Check your equipment in our inventory database • Check history on work completed by us Ethical business practice: There is IT service businesses that deliberately take longer to complete simple tasks to charge more. We acknowledge the need to be open about our costs, and will not participate in unethical practices such as these. We do not have hidden fees, and if we feel an issue will take longer than expected, we will discuss options. Strong focus on security and backups Security is an important aspect of computer networks. Security is often overlooked in small to medium businesses, although need not be. Good planning, and a good focus will allow you to work in a secure environment. We will provide: • Good backups, and tests to make sure your backups are actually working • Logical and physical security for unauthorized people • Security from viruses, spyware, and malicious code • Regular software updates for software installed on all PCs Reporting: If you are on selected maintenance agreements, we will give you useful reports on the status of your network, work needed, work performed, and any recommendations. There is software on the market allowing automatic report generation used by many IT service companies, although we do not believe this gives you an accurate view of your network. Our reports are personalized to your needs and requirements, and are relevant and specific. We are proactive: We are updated and fully informed on the latest technology and security news. If we see anything useful, we will let you know when it is relevant to you. A proactive response means we will resolve issues before they become an issue. Before we commence any work on proactive measures, we will ask your permission so you know exactly what you are paying for. | |||
