We offer individual counselling, couple, group, or family counselling, and support groups to assist people to cope with the demands of life, including issues that arise from their illness as well as non-illness related concerns. We cater for children, adolescents, adults and the elderly, living with chronic health conditions such as diabetes, epilepsy, heart disease, arthritis, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, hypertension, multiple sclerosis, asthma and many more... We also offer services to those wishing to manage their weight more effectively. Professional consultancy services and training is also available for topics such as "Identifying and Managing Depression in Chronic Disease", "Taking Control of my Chronic Disease", "Learning to Live Positively with Chronic Disease" and "Motivational Interviewing in Chronic Disease".
