| Description: | B & V Maintenance Services is essentially a company that Cares to be Different. It may sound a little silly, but to be perfectly honest, its really what were all about. B & V Maintenance Services first started out offering a basic range of services that incorporated Garage Door Repairs and New Opener Installations, and a General Handyman Service. We had never anticipated that all those years of learning and experience would be able to finally be put into good use, nor had we originally planned to be doing them all, but the demand was there so we had no other choice but to diversify further, so not long after we started getting asked to do all sorts of things! We were then started offering Window Cleaning and Garden Services, Cleaning Services, Door & Window Repairs.... And, The list is still growing, and so are we!!! Now we can essentially offer a whole "Property Maintenance Package". We wanted to offer a "Total Solution" to all of our prospective customers whether they be: residential, commercial, real estate agents and so on, so you don't have to have a whole list of people to call when your property needs attention. You don't have to make half a dozen phone calls, only One! Although were still a relatively new company in the scheme of things, we bring many years of experience and a desire to be a little old school in everything we do. We're polite, courteous, clean, punctual and generally really nice people to deal with (How's that for blowing your own trumpet) We always strive to do our best, and if we ever do encounter a problem, it gets fixed, fast! Were a proudly WA owned and operated company, we support local businesses where we can, and try to give every customer we deal with a fair go. We don't aim to be the cheapest, but we price ourselves responsibly, and offer good value for money by always doing that little bit extra. We would always prefer to make a little less at the end of the day, and leave with you totally happy to call us back again, than try to make a quick buck and it be the last we ever see of you.
