Time is valuable There are more than 6000 registered builders in Western Australia and some 100 project builders. So its impossible for you to investigate them all. Thats our job. NHBB will manage your project in conjunction with the builder until handover. Builders Standard Designs v Individual designs Its important to know that while bricks and mortar cost the same, builders designs will always be less expensive than an individual design. Our experience has shown us that if the plans have been designed and drawn from outside of the builders control then the chance for error increases.
